Don’t Worry, Be Happy

A difficult challenge in life is living through your problems, rather than thinking through them.

Worrying about our problems will only make things worse. Worrying about things we cannot control causes added stress.

Analyzing and overthinking about your feelings only makes them stronger.

Pain is a part of life, we have to find healthy ways to cope with our problems, so we do not make little problems into bigger ones.

Try to allow your feelings to be with you, let them run their course, and trust that they will pass in time.

Pray the Serenity Prayer:

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.
